Privacy policy
This page describes exactly what we do with your data. It is written from how the service actually works, not from a template.
Data controller
[IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER — DPO where applicable — legal basis for each processing operation, to be confirmed]
The free reading
No account, no sign-up. One technical cookie keeps your reading on your device so you don't lose it when you refresh the page. It does nothing else: no analytics, no advertising, no sharing. You can delete it at any time from the footer.
The paid report
To write your reading, we use what you confide in us:
- your email address — to deliver the report to you;
- your first name, your date of birth and your gender — to make the reading personal;
- your question and your context — this is the heart of the reading;
- the first name and date of birth of another person involved, if you give them;
- the cards drawn.
Everything is optional except the email, without which we could not deliver to you.
Who writes your report
The reading is written by an artificial intelligence model that runs on our own machines: your data is not sent to a third-party service to be analysed, nor used to train any model whatsoever.
[TO BE UPDATED IF AN EXTERNAL ENGINE IS ENABLED AS A FALLBACK: name the processor, the hosting country and the applicable safeguard]
Payment
It is handled by Stripe. No banking data passes through our servers and we keep none of it.
How long we keep all this
- The PDF: deleted 7 days after sending. It is rebuilt on demand if you come back for it with your link.
- Your reading and your interpretation: kept for 90 days at most, then deleted.
- The record of the purchase (date, amount, payment reference): kept to meet our accounting obligations.
Erase your reading whenever you like
The link you receive by email opens a page where you can read again your report or permanently erase it, in one click and without asking anyone. Erasing deletes your question, your context, your reading and your PDF. Only the accounting record of the purchase remains.
Your other rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction and portability.
[CONTACT ADDRESS FOR EXERCISING THESE RIGHTS + mention of the right to complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority]
A word about sensitive subjects
If your question speaks of danger to life, we do not draw the cards and we open no order: we point you to 3114, the French national suicide prevention line, free and available around the clock. Nothing you have written is recorded in that case.
